At Bridgestone, we use R Drive as our chosen quality control system and have worked hard to ensure that our bespoke system is robust and enables us to gather information required for the Building Safety Act Golden Thread and BREL information, including metatags.

Land led development

Our in house Preconstruction and Design teams can help landowners realise the full potential of their land through development into residential and commercial schemes. We have the experience, knowledge and expertise to develop schemes which can transform spaces into lively and functional spaces.

We adopt a collaborative approach, engaging with local communities and stakeholders to ensure that schemes work in harmony with surrounding areas and contribute positively to the fabric of the community. All this whilst delivering value for money for our clients and exceptional quality through the build.  

MEP management

MEP management

Our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) division offer a turnkey solution to MEP requirements. With the technical knowledge to get involved early during the preconstruction phase, the team can support clients with design & development of projects and can advise on building regulation compliance in areas such as EPCs, SBEM, SAP, Part L, TM59 overheating, Part 0, Part F and BREEAM. We can provide full contractor proposals and assist with value engineering and sustainable alternative solutions. We also have energy efficiency specialists and have a solid history in life safety solutions.

Onsite, the team have full time MEP site management watching over installing trades, providing progress updates, and ensuring a smooth delivery. Towards the end of a scheme, the team will champion commissioning and certification to ensure all systems are working well. 

Aftercare

Aftercare

Our in-house aftercare team play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and the successful completion of projects. They typically get involved in the last three months of a project, ensuring that O&M information is gathered, and that final snagging is complete. They are responsible for addressing any issues or concerns that arise after the construction process, such as defects, repairs, or maintenance requirements. This team collaborates closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and effective resolution of any post-construction issues. They provide excellent customer service, promptly responding to inquiries, and coordinating necessary actions to meet client expectations.

The team provide a project specific SLA which marries with the client’s internal process and requirements, and they offer 24hr, 365 day support.

The team have customer service staff to respond to calls & emails, troubleshoot basic issues and arrange responses from the subcontractor teams. They also employee multi-trade operatives to swiftly isolate issues, correct minor faults and report information back to the team.
