Our three shortlist nominations are: Contractor of the Year Recognising Bridgestone Construction and the work of our teams across our projects and wider business. Social Value & ESG Initiative of the Year Recognising our continued commitment to delivering positive social, environmental and community impact alongside our construction projects. Affordable Housing Project of the Year – Didsbury Point Didsbury Point has been shortlisted following a nomination submitted by Southway Housing Trust, recognising the successful delivery of this important affordable housing development. To receive recognition across our business, our social value and ESG work, and one of our key projects is a fantastic achievement. It reflects the hard work, commitment and collaboration of our teams, clients, partners and wider supply chain. The Manchester Property Awards celebrate the people, businesses and projects contributing to the city’s property and development sector, making these three shortlist nominations particularly meaningful to the Bridgestone team. The winners will be announced at the Manchester Property Awards ceremony on 6 November 2026 at The Point, Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester.
